Pricing Policy

All pricing based on information supplied (quoting basis) will be communicated prior to return commencement. Refunds will be processed to your account within 14 days of lodgement.

Fee packaging excludes  where required, entity regulatory set up costs, establishment of computerised accounts, BAS processing, taxation advice, taxation planning and ATO correspondence outside the lodgement process.

Harbour reserves the right to vary the quoted price should additional information change the quoting basis.

Salaried Individual

No appointment necessary. Telephone or personal interview; receipt of income and expense details; checking for deduction and tax offset eligibility; preparation of return data for electronic lodgement;  review previous years assessment and ATO held information; client liaison; electronic signature and lodgement with ATO; process refund or notify payable status; 

Sole Trader/Small Business

If you are a tradie, or you have a business with a turnover of <$10 million, there are considerable tax minimisation allowances that reduce your tax bill and provide additional working capital to operate and develop your business. We know how to apply these to your advantage.

Initial interview; receipt of income and expense details; checking for deduction and tax offset eligibility;preparation of return data for electronic  signature and lodgement;  review previous years assessment and ATO held information; client liaison; lodgement; checking ATO assessment.

We will prepare and retain schedules for capital gains tax, dividend distribution (DRP), depreciation, Payroll (<5 employees) Superannuation (<5 employees). Apply all relevent small business entity (SBE) incentives and allowances; reconcile all balance sheet items against client provided accounts data; prepare a set of accounts for tax purposes; maintain ASIC regulatory compliance.

Excludes set up costs for entity establishment and regulatory compliance. Larger entities with >5 employees, price on application.

Individual with Investment property, shares

As life moves on we tend to accumulate assets and wealth and competent informed tax advice becomes even more important as complexity increases and time availability  decreases. Your tax return requires more professional vigilence.

BAS Processing

We are BAS agents and we can electronically lodge your business activity statements and instalment activity (IAS) each quarter on receipt of customer invoicing and purchase information. Using our Xero/Hubdocs solution will reduce BAS fees.

Business Systems

We have a working knowledge of MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks and work with clients operating these solutions within their businesses. We work with qualified professionals in each of these solutions who can assist with set up and operation. Online versions allow us as accountants to login and access the accounting information directly. This facilitates visibility and reduces your tax bill at tax return time.
